张湘煜博士于2013年从天津大学电子科学与技术系获得学士学位，2016年从日本广岛大学半导体集成科学系获得硕士学位，2019年从广岛大学系统控制系获得博士学位。张湘煜博士于2019年5月加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院，任职博士后研究员。她的研究领域主要包括高能效机器视觉电路与系统以及超大规模集成电路设计。
