叶朝锋博士毕业于美国密歇根州立大学。其主要研究方向包括:电磁传感,无损检测,弱磁测量,信号/图像处理等;近年来承担了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金企业创新发展联合基金重点项目、上海市科技创新行动计划仪器领域专项等国家和省部级项目,与众多代表性央企、民营高科技企业建立了长期合作关系。其创业项目获得了长三角国家技术创新中心和上海宝山区政府资助。他长期从事本科基础课程《电路原理》、研究生课程《电磁传感与检测》等教学工作;指导毕业了四名博士和十多名硕士研究生。获上海高校特聘教授(东方学者)、浦江人才、上海科技大学优秀教师、优秀书院导师、上海科技大学创新创业一等奖、商飞大飞机创新创业大赛一等奖、清华大学教学成果奖等。

My research mainly focuses on electromagnetic non-destructive testing and precision sensing, aiming to explore new methods and sensor systems to maintain the reliability and safety of industrial components, and to benefit human health and well-being.

I always treat teaching seriously and keep on improving my teaching and mentoring skills. I take great pride in the academic training and mentoring that I provide to my students, and particularly delighted to see their career success in different directions. There are strong synergies between my classroom teaching and my research program. 

I teach the compulsory course electric circuits (EE111) and the graduate level course Electromagnetic Sensing and Testing (EE236).
