Lixiang LIAN received a B.Eng. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from the Department ofInformation Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University (ZJU), Hangzhou, China. She got a Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong. Then she joined the School of Information Science and Technology at ShanghaiTech University, where she is currently an Assistant Professor. Her ongoing research interests lie at the intersection of high-dimensional signal recover, mathematical optimization, signal-processing and aspects of learning.
