周平强,信息学院终身副教授、研究员,目前担任信息学院副院长,分管本科生培养工作。

周平强在美国明尼苏达大学获得博士学位(2012)。他曾于2011年在纽约IBM T. J. Watson研究中心实习,2013年在美国明尼苏达大学做博士后,并于2015年在加州大学伯克利分校做访问学者。他主要从事EDA、人工智能驱动的芯片设计、人工智能芯片和计算机系统架构方面的研究工作。他已在TCAD、TVLSI、TCAS-I、TCAS-II、TODAES、DAC、ICCAD等国际一流期刊和会议上发表了七十多篇论文。他是IEEE旗舰期刊TCAS-II的副主编,并先后担任DAC、ICCAD、ASP-DAC、AsianHOST、RISC-V中国峰会、中国国际半导体技术大会等十多个国际学术会议的大会主席、程序委员会主席或委员。
