  赫然、博士、研究员、博士生导师、IAPR Fellow。2001年、2004年在大连理工大学计算机系获学士和硕士学位，2009年在中科院自动化所获模式识别与智能系统专业博士学位。2010年加入模式识别国家重点实验室认助理研究员、副研究员和研究员。近年来主要研究领域为计算机视觉、机器学习和生物特征识别。先后主持过国家自然科学基金优青项目、联合重点项目、北京自然科学基金杰青项目、中科院青年创新促进会优秀会员项目等。先后获得IAPR ICPR Best Scientific Paper Award(2020)、IEEE SPS Young Author Best Paper Award(2020)、IAPR/IEEE ICB Honorable Mention Paper Award(2019)和北京青年优秀科技论文一等奖(2015)等，获中科院“朱李月华优秀教师”奖(2020)，合作出版专著2本，在计算机视觉权威期刊IEEE TPAMI和IJCV上发表论文20余篇。担任过权威期刊《IEEE TIP》、《Pattern Recognition》和《自动化学报》编委、国际会议NeurIPS2021 Area Chairs等。
