    高飞,2009年获得西安交通大学微电子学士学位,并于2015年获得新加坡南洋理工大学电气与电子工程博士学位。在博士期间曾获中国国家优秀自费留学生奖学金(2014年),博士论文获2016年Springer Thesis Award,并入选2017年上海市(东方学者)特聘教授。于2017年1月全职加入上海科技大学信息学院担任研究员、博导,以独立且唯一PI身份成立混合成像系统实验室(HISLab, 网站:www.hislab.cn)。受光声成像之父Dr. Alexander Oraevsky邀请,担任光声领域旗舰期刊Photoacoustics》 (IF:9.6,中科院一区)编委,且为现任编委中最年轻的一位。于2023年初受邀出任多本知名期刊Medical Physics》,《IEEE Photonics Journal》和《Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology》副主编。曾担任IEEE JERM等多个期刊的客座编辑,并担任过IEEE EMBC等多个国际会议的分会主席,受邀为Science Advances,Nature Communications,Optica等40多个高水平学术期刊审稿。已发表150余篇期刊和会议论文(2017年成为独立PI后,绝大部分论文为倒一主要通讯作者)。 Google scholar引用2500多次(h-index=29, i10-index=59)。

    在学术研究方面,科研工作主要聚焦在生物医学光声成像领域,科研工作贯通物理-硬件-算法-应用多个维度,取得了一系列的科研成果,并推动其临床应用。包括:1)光声混合成像机理研究(提出非视距光声成像;被动光声效应;光声谐振效应;相位域光声传感;脉冲-连续混合非线性光声成像;TRPA-TRUE散射介质内光聚焦方法);2)光声成像电路与系统(提出光源与超声传感器的微型化新方法;基于延迟线电路的数据采集系统;光声重建算法的硬件加速);3)光声成像算法与人工智能(提出图像重建算法如Ki-GAN, AS-Net, Y-Net;定量光声算法如EDA-Net, DR2U-Net);4)与医生深度合作,开展临床痛点需求驱动的转化研究(提出适用于腋下前哨淋巴结快速定位的光声探笔系统,并在山东省肿瘤医院开展临床试验)。科研成果多次被学校官网报道(新闻链接)。

    在成果转化方面:1)已服务于多家三甲医院和科研院所,提供光声成像测试报告和技术咨询,协助成功申请科研项目;2)开发的高通量智能数据采集系统完成小批量量产,装机于实验室自研的光声层析成像系统,并与相关医学影像设备企业达成意向订单。3)在多个医疗器械创业大赛中获奖,成果转化进展多次被学校技术转移办公室官方微信报道(新闻链接)。

    在科研人才培养方面,1)实验室已毕业2名博士生分别入选清华大学博士后人才引进计划(惠妍人才基金),和福建省引进生计划,并入职福建师范大学准聘副教授博士毕业生进入学术界比例超过66%。2)已毕业硕士生中有8人获全额奖学金出国继续攻读博士学位硕士毕业生选择继续读博深造比例超过60%。3)在本科生科研训练方面,已指导30余位本科生科研训练,参与发表高质量学术论文38人次。其中,本科生为第一作者的论文有9篇,包括Journal of Biophotonics、Optics Letters等期刊论文和IEEE IUS、EMBC、ISCAS等会议论文。在科教融合本科生培养方面的成果被学校官网报道《在课程学习中孕育创新的“种子”
