二、 About Sensor-INGInternational Technical Trainee Program关于国际技术培训生计划
1. Targets of Sensor-ING-Program
(1) In-timedevelopment of young academic potentials for professional/technical and projecttasks
(2) Support of themiddle-and long-term personnel planning
(3) Createadditional work capacities in the company
(4) Generatecross-departmental knowledge, reduce “department barriers“
(5) Facilitateinformal networking within the company
Focus: technical competence training for SICKproducts
Duration: 12 – 15 months
Structure:
After the program: permanent position at home location
InterviewArrangement: startreceiving applications from Octorber 20, 2017. Due to limitedquota, interviews will be arranged in the following months with further notice.
2. AdditionalParts and Terms& Conditions
Asinternationa technical trainees, you will be required to attend regularmeetings for sensor-INGs and possible individual work related parts dependingon needs and possibilities. Traineeshave to accept a bonding time of 3 years after closure of the program andpay-back clause for trainee program incase of breach of the training agreement.
3. Qualification
1) Master degree graduating before August, 2018 and looking to join fulltime
2) Preferable with computer application technology, electronics and electricalengineering, industrial automation relevant background
3) Systematictraining in different technologies, development tools and methods of projectmanagement
4) Excellent command of English as working language

四、FAQ
Entryrequirements:
1. What are the minimum entry requirements?
For our Internationaltrainees, you must have a postgraduate degree, be eligible to work permanentlyin the country that you are applying to, and as English is our businesslanguage, you must be able to speak it fluently. And most importantly, you musthave abundant knowledge and passion for what we do. These are our onlyrequirements, as our selection and assessment system is designed to measurestrengths, fit to our business and mental agility. We do not shortlist based onyour university, degree type, or grades.
What’s more, youmust be in your penultimate year of study, be available to start permanentemployment the following year, and have the legal right to work in the countryyou are applying to.
2. Do I need a background in Automation?
Yes. Given thatthe future training and working responsibility of this position will involveautomation, engineering and electronics, related academic background would bestrongly suggested and former experience in the automation or other relatedarea is a plus.
3. Do I need any working experience?
No. We welcomeapplications from candidates without working experience, however, any workingexperience you do have can help by giving you an insight into what it’s like towork in the automation industry, and the type of work you might like to do orbe good at will be welcomed.
