Through strict assessment, five SISTgraduate students were selected to be awarded the 2016-2017 national scholarship. They are Ming Shang, Liang Yu (both supervised by Prof. Haoyu Wang), Yanpeng Zhao (supervised by Prof. Kewei Tu), Kai Yang (supervised byProf. Yuanming Shi), Xuhui Feng (supervised by Prof. Boris Houska). The selected students showed an excellent research performance in the last academic year. All their scientific results are publicated in the major international conferences or journals.
National scholarship is the top honor given by Chinese government to recognize outstanding students. The amount of the award offered for master student is 20000 Yuan each and for PhD student is 30000 Yuan each.
