
Zhifeng Zhu received the B.Sc. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2014. He received the PhD degree from National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2019. He joined the School of Information Science and Technology at ShanghaiTech University as an Assistant Professor in 2020. His research focus on the theoretical and numerical study of novel spintronic devices and circuits for the application of MRAM, in-memory computing, and bio-inspired computing. As the PI, he has obtained competitive research grants from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Sailing Program. He has mentored students recognized with prestigious awards, such as the National PhD Scholarship, Outstanding Graduation Award from ShanghaiTech University, and Scholarship from CSC. As the corresponding author, he has published high quality papers in Sci. Bull. (1), ACS Nano (1), Phys. Rev. B (5), Appl. Phys. Lett. (2) in the last 3 years. He has also served as the reviewer for Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun., IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I,II, IEEE Electron Devices Lett., etc.
