  王成,上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院,长聘副教授(Tenured)、研究员、博导。2015年6月于法国国立应用科学学院光电子物理学获博士学位。2015年10月加入香港城市大学电子工程系任高级研究助理。2016年4月加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院。法国巴黎高科电信大学(Telecom ParisTech, 2013/02-2015/08)、德国柏林工业大学(2014/05-2014/08)和意大利都灵理工大学(2014/05-2014/08)访问学者。他是国际期刊Optics Express副主编,国际期刊APL Machine Learning顾问委员会委员,国际会议SPIE Photonics West(旧金山)程序委员会议委员。

  王成教授主要从事人工智能光计算芯片、半导体激光器(包括带间级联激光器、量子级联激光器和量子点激光器)、激光通信、激光雷达的研究。截止2025年5月已发表包括Light: Science & Applications、Optica在内的高水平期刊论文60余篇,国际会议论文80余篇。他所开发的国际首例深度储备池光计算机获得了麻省理工科技评论的封面报道。王成教授主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市集成电路基础研究计划、上海市探索者计划在内的科研项目十余项。
