IEEE Power and Energy Society General Meeting (PESGM) 2019 was held in Atlanta, GA, United States, from Aug 4 to Aug 8. Study Demonstrates 2-Micron Waveband High-Speed Photodetector
SIST Assistant Professor Chen Baile’s group demonstrated high-speed photodetector at 2-micron waveband. This photodetector, operating at 2-micron wavelength band, has a high 3dB bandwidth up to 25 GHz, and achieves a clear eye pattern at 30 Gb/s.
