Abstract:

In this Seminar, Prof. Tie Li would like to review his work of design and fabrication of nano structures in wafer level by MEMS technology, its integration with micro transceivers and the corresponding high-performance nano sensors and share his experiences in proposal applying.

Bio:

Prof. Tie Li received his BS and PhD degrees from University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, in 1992 and 1997, respectively. He is currently a Professor in Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology. He has gotten over 40 funding from MOST, NSFC and Shanghai Government. He published over 180 papers on Nano LettersSmallCarbonIEEE EDL etc., and owned 55 Chinese patents and 1 US Patent. He has won the SAE Arch T. Colwell Merit Award and National Technology Invention Second Prize.
