Chundong Wang graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2008. He pursued postgraduate study in National University of Singapore and received the doctoral degree in 2013. Then he worked in the defunct Data Storage Institute, A*STAR, and Singapore University of Technology and Design. Currently he works as a tenure-track assistant processor (PI) in SIST, ShanghaiTech University.
Chundong has published more than 30 peer-reviewed research papers and one US patent. He is also an expert reviewer for multiple prestigious journals and conferences, including IEEE Trans. on Computers (TC), IEEE Trans. on Computer Aided Design of Integrated Circuits & Systems (TCAD), ACM Trans. on Storage (TOS), Design Automation Conference (DAC), etc.
Recently Chundong Wang mainly works on how to make the best of non-volatile memory to revolutionize and optimize computer systems. He has also studied research topics including secure architecture, IoT security, and security for autonomous vehicles.
