Siting Liu received the B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in electrical engineering and automation from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, Heilongjiang, China, in 2012 and 2014, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada, in 2019. During 2019-2021, he was a postdoctoral researcher with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada. In 2021 August, he joined ShanghaiTech University as a tenure-track assistant professor.
