个人简历

祝智峰于2014年获电子科技大学电子科学与技术(微电子技术)学士学位,2019年获新加坡国立大学电子工程博士学位。他博士毕业后在新加坡国立大学电子工程系进行博士后研究。他于2020年1月全职加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院担任助理教授、研究员、博士生导师。他主要从事自旋电子器件和电路的理论和计算研究,包括磁随机存储器、自旋电子振荡器、类脑存算一体化器件和类脑计算器件等。目前主持上海市扬帆计划项目(2020-2023),在Nature Electronics、 Nature Nanotechnology、 Physical Review B、Physical Review Applied、 IEEE VLSI、IEEE Electron Devices Letters等顶级期刊和会议上发表文章,并担任Journal of Applied Physics、Japanese Journal of Applied Physics、Applied Physics A  审稿人。
