Abstract:

We discuss the model order reduction problem for parameter-dependent dynamical systems. We survey some approaches suggested in the previous decade as well as some recent developments. Their main differences as well as their commonalities will be emphasized. We will also illustrate the performance of various methods for real-world problems from different application areas.
