个人简历

2008年7月,中国科学技术大学精密机械与精密仪器系取得学士学位;

2011年7月,中国科学院光电技术研究所微细加工光学技术国家重点实验室获得硕士学位

2016年12月,美国亚利桑那州立大学电子工程系取得电子工程专业博士学位,博士师从亚利桑那州立大学工程学院副院长Junseok Chae教授并与美国工程院院士Bruce E. Rittmann教授合作。

2017年1月-2018年8月,美国亚利桑那州立大学电子工程系开展博士后研究工作

2018年9月,加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院,任助理教授、研究员


攻读硕士博士及博士后期间,任豪博士围绕基于微机电系统的微型微生物燃料电池、超级电容器、完全被动无线传感、穿戴式哮喘传感器、压电血液粘度传感器、MEMS微镜、硫族化合物电子器件展开系统研究,取得了一系列研究成果, 发表期刊论文24篇, 其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表于Nano Energy, Biosensors and Bioelectronics, Journal of Power Sources, Nanoscale, Microfluidics and Nanofluidics, Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering, IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, Micromachines等期刊。其中第一作者论文11篇(影响因子大于13.1的第一作者论文1篇,影响因子大于6.9的第一作者文章4篇)。在国际最顶级的微机电系统会议上以第一作者发表文章5篇(包括3篇IEEE MEMS年会,2篇IEEE Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems Workshop会议)。任豪博士获得IEEE MEMS 2013的Best Poster Award Finalist奖。任豪博士应Wiley-VCH, Elsevier, CRC Press, Springer等出版商邀请,以第一作者发表著作章节5篇;应Advanced Energy Materials, Biosensors Bioelectronics, Nanoscale, IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics on Power Electronics, ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces, Sensors and Actuators, ChemSusChem等杂志的邀请审稿超过60余次。

在攻读博士期间,任豪博士提出的微型微生物燃料电池在2014年创造了微生物燃料电池领域电流与功率密度的世界纪录(2014年至今微生物燃料电池领域发表SCI文章超过3000篇),并于2016年成功将此纪录提高了超过3倍(目前此记录仍然保持)。同时,任豪博士在世界上首次提出了基于仿生控制微生物呼吸的微生物超级电容器,将微生物电化学技术的电流与功率密度提高一个数量级。

基于攻博期间取得的突出成果,任豪博士于2017年1月留校从事基于微机电系统的穿戴式传感器和基于完全被动的无线传感的博士后研究。
