个人简历

煦丰,信息学院助理教授,目前在学院担任后摩尔器件与集成系统研究中心主任、学位委员会副主任。

寇煦丰2009年毕业于浙江大学信息学院(光电系)及竺可桢学院混合班,并获得竺可桢学院特优毕业生荣誉。后于2009年至2015年赴美国加州大学洛杉矶分校电子工程系深造,师从Raytheon讲座教授Kang L. Wang,获得微电子器件方向硕士及博士学位, 之后于2016年2月加入上海科技大学信息科学与技术学院任助理教授、研究员。寇煦丰博士至今共申请了发明专利2项,撰写了3部专著章节,发表了63篇论文,并且大部分见于国际顶级学术期刊,如Science(1), Nature Materials (2), Nature Nanotechnology (2), Nature Communications (3), Phys. Rev. Lett. (2), Nano Lett. (9), J. Amer. Chem. Soc. (1), Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. (1), Proc. IEEE (1), IEEE-EDL (1), 总引用4100余次,H因子为31。此外,他还获得了2012年度美国高通公司Qualcomm Innovation fellowship奖学金, 2013年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金, 2015年度UCLA电子工程系杰出毕业论文奖学金,上海科技大学2017年度优秀教师,2018年度上海市青年五四奖章,并于2017-2018连续两年当选为上海科技大学书院“我最喜爱的导师”。目前寇煦丰博士主持和参与了包括上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划(2017-2020),科技部国家重点研发计划(2项,2017-2021),中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(2018-2022),以及国家自然科学基金委员会面上项目(2019-2022)在内的多项科研项目;课题组与清华大学、复旦大学、中国科学与技术大学、中科院微系统所/技物所/半导体所、上海集成电路研发中心、Stanford University, UCLA, NIST, Oxford University, HKUST等多个科研院所保持长期科研合作和学生交流。
